INSTRUCTION:

1. Make a scan of the invoice/purchase receipt
2. Fill in the return form
3. Send/deliver the returned product with an ORIGINAL proof of purchase.

 RETURN CANNOT BE MADE WITHOUT THE ORIGINAL PROOF OF PURCHASE
